- 1-1.5 Cups Leftover Rice
- To taste Salt
- 1-2 Eggs: Scrambled
- 1 Cup Shredded Chicken: Optional
- 1/2 Cup Assorted Veggies: (Anything, that's readily available)
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Turmerics
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder: Homemade
- 1 tsp Bhuna Masala Powder: Homemade
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns: Freshly Cracked
- 1 Handful: Peanuts- Gently Toasted
- 1 Handful: Cashews- Gently Toasted
- As Required: Tempering Spices
- 1-2 Bay Leaves
- 4-5 Cloves
- 3-4 Green Cardamoms: Split
- 1 " Cinnamon Stick
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder: Optional
- 1 Pinch Hing/Asafoetida: Optional
- 1 Handful: Fresh Curry Leaves
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves: Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsps or As Required Cooking Oil: For Sautéing the Rice
- 1-2 tbsp Ghee
