  8. 2 tablespoons tomato sauce

  13. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  14. 1/2 teaspoon kalangi/onion seeds

  1. Mix flour, salt, 2 tablespoons oil and kalanji in a bowl. Knead a smooth dough. Leave on for half an hour. Take a small portion and roll it up like a chapati. Heat a pan and hold this chapati for 1 minute. It should only be half. Frankie's base is complete.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the onion and peppers. Fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, green chili sauce, salt and black pepper. Now add paneer and mix gently.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and green chutney in a bowl. Installation is complete. Now heat the ghee, add 1 tablespoon of butter and spread the Frankenboden on top. Boil 2 minutes. come out laughing now apply oil on it. Put some cabbage and carrots in it. Now add the cheese filling. Top with onion rings and top with chaat masala.
