Instructions for making chile cheese

  1. First cut the water into small cubes. Then put it in a bowl and add 1/4 tsp cornflour, 2 tsp flour, garlic ginger, 1/2 tsp black pepper, red chili powder, salt and water (not too cold but thick). Add paneer cubes to the mixture and mix well.
  2. Take a frying pan and heat oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the pancake cubes until golden brown. and then set aside.
  3. Take a small bowl and add 2 tbsp of cornmeal and 4-5 tbsp of water. Set aside
  4. Now take another pan and add 2 tsp oil and when hot add minced garlic and green chillies. Fry for 1 minute.
  5. Then add the Bulgarian pepper and onion and stir for 1 minute on high heat (don't boil), it should be crispy.
  6. Now mix well with red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, salt.
  7. Add the blueberry water and mix well. Now add the toasted pine nuts and stir quickly. Add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
  8. Garnish with a few spring onions.
