Hello everyone, I hope you are having a wonderful day today. Today we are going to make a special dish: an easy way to quickly prepare homemade soy chili. One of my favorites. For me, I have to make it a little tasty. It smells and looks delicious.

  6. Cut 1 tomato the size of a thick shape
  7. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  8. 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  10. 1 teaspoon Haldi powder
  11. salt and sugar to taste
  12. 1 cup flour and cornstarch for marinating
  13. Refine the frying oil if necessary.
  14. 3 tablespoons chili tomato sauce
  15. 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
  16. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Steps to make soy chili

  1. Cooking method Boil water in a saucepan, add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and when the water begins to boil, add the soy pieces. Boil for 5-6 minutes. Then drain the water and drain the excess water from the soybeans and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soybeans with 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper.
  3. Then add flour and cornmeal as needed to marinate the goo.
  4. Heat enough oil to fry in a wok and add the pickled soybeans. Fry until golden. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. Take another pan, add oil and saute the onion until translucent, then add the ginger garlic paste and green chili paste.
  6. Add peppers and tomatoes. Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of chili ketchup and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
  7. Then add salt and sugar to taste.
  8. Add the roasted soybeans to the mixture and mix well, then add the water for the sauce.
  9. Place 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in a bowl and mix well with water if needed.
  10. Then add the cornmeal mixture to the sauce and mix well, cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve with chili soy or parota fried rice.

You will also find that as you gain more experience and confidence, you will improve as you progress and adjust recipes to suit your personal preferences. If you like more or fewer ingredients, or want to make a recipe that tastes a bit less or spicier, you can make simple changes as you go. In other words, you start creating your own recipes over time. And you won't necessarily learn it when it comes to basic cooking skills for beginners, but you'll never know if you don't master these basic cooking skills.
