Ingredients and Seasoning for Making Chili Potato Paratha:
- To prepare the flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- water as needed
- salt to taste
- Marker
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tablespoons of canned leaves
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tablespoon of red pepper powder
- 1/4 tablespoon red pepper
- Mash 1/4 teaspoon gram
- 1/4 tablespoon of Korean seed flour
Chili Potato Instructions
- Add wheat flour to the skillet. Add salt and knead the dough with water. Wear it for 15 minutes.

- Mash the mashed potatoes in another bowl, add the finely chopped onion, green pepper, bay leaf and finely chopped ginger and mix well. Add salt, chili powder, chili flakes, gram paste and coriander powder and mix well.

- Heat the pot. Put the paraffin roll on it and fry over medium heat until golden.

- Flip and rub the other side as well. Garnish with vegetable oil and rub on both sides.
