The heart is a vegetarian chili

Hello everyone, I hope you had a good day. Today I'm going to give you a step-by-step recipe for making delicious vegetarian chili. This is one of my favorites. Now I will do something special. It will smell and look great.

Let's face it, cooking is not a priority in the life of every man, woman or child on earth. In fact, many people have made learning to cook a priority in their lives. This means people often subsist on whole foods and boxed mixes instead of spending your time eating healthy and enjoying our family's personal life.

Preparing healthy meals is often difficult because most people don't have to spend time planning and preparing meals that our families refuse to eat. At the same time, we need our families to be healthy, so we're forced to explore new and improved ways to prepare balanced meals that our families love (and, unfortunately, in some cases, hate).

The good thing is that once you learn the basics of cooking, you don't need to move it. This means you can always improve and develop your cooking skills. As you learn new recipes and hone your cooking skills and talents, you'll find that cooking from scratch is much more rewarding than prepackaged meals bought off the shelves of your local supermarket.

Many things affect the taste of vegetarians, from the type of ingredients to the choice of fresh ingredients to the way the food is prepared and served. If you want to make a delicious sweet vegetable chili at home, don't worry, because if you already have the technique, this dish can be used as a side dish.

This chili is very low in calories but full of goodness and flavor. If you are cooking for kids too, add chili powder/fresh chilies at the end of cooking after serving their portion. #chili #vegetable #vegetables #home #dinner #lunch #spicy #chili #zucchini #bulions #tinted tomatoes #garlic #dough

Instructions for making hearty vegetarian chili

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a little oil to brown the onion. Add onion and vinegar. Fry gently until they start to soften. Add minced meat and tomato puree, season well with salt and pepper. Stir to coat the oil and fry for about two minutes.
  2. Add water and vegetable broth, chopped. Stir gently, then reduce heat to simmer. Add the cocoa powder, stirring until it dissolves and the sauce turns a rich dark brown.
  3. Then add the dry spices: cumin, cinnamon, chili powder, and smoked paprika. I like to add the chili powder first, taste it, then add more depending on your personal preference. I like mine hot so add 1 tsp.
  4. Mix the spices, then add the chopped carrot. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. When this time is up, add the tomatoes, zucchini and bell pepper. We stir very well so that they combine well and return to the fire with a lid. Simmer gently and gently for 1 hour 30 to 2 hours. Slow, gentle cooking of the chili peppers gives the sauce a deeper flavor.
  5. At the end of cooking, dilute the cornstarch with a little cold water, then pour it in and stir to thicken the sauce. At the end, add fresh chili pepper to taste. Cook for a few more minutes to infuse the chili with the sauce, then remove from heat. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with sides of your choice and enjoy. :)
