  17. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  18. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  19. 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  20. 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  21. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  22. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  23. Salt to taste
  24. 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
  25. 2 tablespoons of water
  26. 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

Instructions for preparing Paneer pepper

  1. Take 1/4 cup of cornmeal and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise in a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well to make a soft dough of medium consistency.
  2. Add the bread cubes and gently cover with the dough.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the paneer cubes over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Remove from oven and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the ginger, garlic, green chilies and sauté for a few seconds. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté over high heat for one minute.
  5. Then add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and mix well. Then add red pepper powder, chili powder, and salt. Stir sauce until well combined.
  6. Now make the cornstarch liquid by mixing 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water.
  7. Pour the corn mixture into the skillet, stirring continuously until the sauce is glossy and thick.
  8. Add the fried paneer cubes and mix well. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chopped coriander leaves, mix well and turn off the heat.
  9. Then the Pepper Paneer is ready to serve hot with roti or paratha.
