Ingredients and spices to prepare Chilli Gobha:
- 200 grams of cauliflower florets
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 teaspoons of cornmeal
- 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise

- Jahwan Sauce
- Soy sauce
- ginger and garlic
- Green pepper
Steps to make gobi chili
- Take a small cauliflower and divide it into small florets, put them in a pot of water and boil for 10 minutes. After boiling, drain the water and let it cool.
- Take boiled cauliflower flowers, add salt, chili, 3 tsp. cornmeal and 3 tsp. Mix gently and thoroughly until all the flowers are covered with the ingredients.

- Take a frying pan and add oil as needed. Place the florets and fry until golden brown and set aside.

- Take another pan and add oil, add the chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic to the pan, cook until the raw smell is gone, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, now add the bell pepper and mix well for 5 minutes. Now add 1 tsp. Black soy sauce, 2 tsp. Green chili sauce, 2 tsp. tomato soup and 2 tsp. chili sauce and mix well. Let the sauce boil for 2 minutes, take a bowl of water, add the cornmeal, mix well and pour into a baking dish.
- When the sauce begins to thicken, add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of sugar to balance the flavor. Now add the fried florets, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Chilli gobi is ready to serve hot.
