- Mix well with cornflour, wheat flour, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl. Add a little water and turn it into a thick paste. Add finely chopped corn and mix well. Make sure all the cornflakes are well covered.
- At the same time heat the oil for frying. When the oil is hot, heat over medium heat, stirring lightly with a few pieces of corn, fry until golden brown. Remove them to the plate. Repeat for the remaining corn flakes.
- Heat 2 g / g oil in a frying pan. Add finely chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. After a minute, add the finely chopped onion and fry until half full. Add finely chopped red peppers (if added) and fry for one minute.
- Add salt, soy sauce, cayenne pepper sauce and soy sauce. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of water if necessary. Leave the fried maize and add red chilli powder. Stir quickly. Make sure the chilli sauce is well covered. Remove from heat, sprinkle with finely chopped scallions, sesame seeds.
