- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1/4 tablespoon of salt
- 1/4 tablespoon of black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro for garnish
- 4 spicy green peppers
- 2 tablespoons of ground garlic
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 pinch of food coloring (optional)
Steps to make chilli
- Get a small cake first. Add the cornstarch, corn, salt and black pepper powder. Add the water and make a soft dough. Now cut the dish into cubes. Then heat the oil. Pass the breadcrumbs in the batter and brown it in the oil. Fry all cubes for 1-2 minutes. Now drain them all on absorbent paper. Leave it aside.

- Now take another non-stick pan. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil. Then add the chopped green pepper and garlic. Fry for 1/2 minute. Then add the pepper and onion. Fry for 1-2 minutes. In the meantime, take a bowl. Add all the sauce (tomatoes, cayenne pepper, vinegar, soy sauce) and mix well. Leave it aside.

- Now add the mixed sauce. Then add 2 tablespoons of corn spray. Mix well. Then add the fried breadcrumbs. mix again. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix everything well. Now this chili is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
